FRP septic tank Theory:
FRP septic tank is a kind of treating device which adopts depositing and anaerobic fermentation theory to eliminate the suspended organic matters in the water. There are a lot of night soil, waste paper, and protozoon in the sanitary sewage. The concentration for suspended solid is 100~350mg/L; concentration for organics is BOD100~400mg/L, therein the concentration for suspended organics is BOD5 50~200mg/L. 50%~60% suspended matters can be eliminated by the depositing in the clarification tank for 12~24h.The anaerobic digestion of slurry deposited can make the organics release into stable inorganic; raw sludge change into mature sludge, which change the structure of sludge, reduce the water content of sludge. It can be cleaned and conveyed out to be buried or service as fertilizer.

Installation
1, Horizontal net distance between the tank base and building shall not be less than 2 times of the distance between the tank base and building base.
2, For the base of clarification tank, we generally lay sand of 50-100mm on the natural soil, and check the balance. Special treatment is for special foundation.
3, construction procedures
Get the water level→ dig a foundation & drain the underground water→ get water level for the padding layer of foundation and solid it→ fill water to clarification tank→ backfill layer by layer→ build the bricks and connect it with the well →site primary acceptance
A, Get the water level and dig a foundation. Lay the lime line and dig the foundation according to the size shown on the drawing, and it shall meet the national stipulations about construction mode. When the height of underground water is high, water must be drained.
B, Padding layer of foundation: 50-100mm thick sand is serves as the padding layer. Pick up the sharp bricks or stones, get the water level and solid it. Prepare the installation of clarification tank.
C, Installation:
1) small sized crane is better for small tank.(Or install it by labor)
2) water level for padding layer must be checked before crane
3) pay attention to the direction of inlet and outlet. The direction of arrow is outlet. Check it weather meets the requirement of drawing.
4) elevation of clarification must meet the requirement of drawing.
5) After crane, check the water level.
D, Feed water to clarification tank. After installation, the water height in the tank shall be higher than the height of underground water.
E, Back fill layer by layer: construction garbage is forbidden to serve as back fill soil. Big sized sharp stones in the back fill soil shall be eliminated. Tamp the back fill soil layer by layer. Each layer is 300mm. Tamp it by labor is better. Partial shock is forbidden. The stipulation about back fill construction shall be strictly followed, and surrounded area must be tamped hard.
F, Build connecting well. After the back fill is qualified, build the connecting well according to the drawing. The padding layer in the bottom of well shall be tamped, then fill concrete to the bottom of well. Drainage channel is needed for well, and the elevation must be strictly executed.
G, primary acceptance:
1) Inlet & outlet can be built into the wall of well directly, and the suitable diameter is 150-200mm. The gap between out pipe wall and well wall can be filled with 1:2 or 1:3 cement mortar.
2) The maxi diameter of inlet of well is 200mm; butt joint for the ceiling of pipe is adapted for inspection door.
3) Construction and household garbage is forbidden to be poured out after the primary completion of project.
