FRP Pultruded Profile are made from glass reinforced isophthalic polyester resin reinforced with E glass fibre and including continuous strand mat and a polyester surface veil as the surface layer.
The manufacturing of pultruded profiles is the most efficient method of forming composite materials with consistent high quality and low scrap. This combination gives excellent corrosion resistance and weatherability at an economic cost.
Compared to steel,plywood and other metal or non-metal materials, frp pultruded profiles present better burn-through resistance,providing an effective barrier against flame, heat, smoke and toxic fumes.
