Frp elbows are used in corrosion resistant applications when connecting pipes and tanks.
Frp elbows are hand laid-up with fiberglass reinforced plastic designed to meet PS-15-69 and produced to strict standards resulting in a superior void-free laminate and resin-rich liner. Frp elbows are long radius elbows with the radius equal to 2 times the ID up to 3 inch and and 1.5 times ID for 4 inch and above.
Construction: Hand Lay-Up, 100-Mil Nexus/ C-Veil Liner, Continuous reinforcement throughout
Liner: 100- Mil Nexus / C Veil / 2 Mat liner
Resin standard: Ashland Hetron 922 resin, Hetron 922 and Derakane D470.
