FRP Molded grating combines corrosion resistance with strength,long life and safety for reliable service in harsh or caustic environments where carbon or stainless steel is not suitable (chemical processing, refining, carwash, pulp and paper, food and beverage, marine, water and wastewater treatment, electronics, plating and offshore flooring).
FRP Molded Grating is rustproof, slip-resistant, lightweight and easy to install.These floor grates are less expensive than pultruded FRP floor grating, but have a much higher resin content giving them more corrosion resistance, although they have less structural load capacity.
FRP Molded Grating is available in three standard resin systems each providing differing levels of corrosion protection.
All three resin systems meet Class 1 Flame Spread Rating per ASTM E-84 test standards.

Easy to assemble without any special tools. A pultruded FRP angle can be used as a frame for all FRP gratings.Stainless steel fixing sets can be used for all standard FRP gratings and support constructions. To prevent FRP gratings perfectly against lifting and sliding away each panel should be fixed on at least four points.
