2.Polyethylene cover

Material:Medium Density Polyethylene Resin for the insulating and jacketing of Telecommunication Cables.

3. Frame specification and feature

1- Welded by high-quality steel, sturdy and durable, with good compression resistance capacity and proper structure, is able to keep its shape under the pressure of 8KN.
2-Smooth and uniform welding, firm solder joints, no incomplete and lack of welding, no welding slag, the whole frame will be polished after welding.
3-Equipped with brake device, the rotating or stopping of cable reel can be easily realised just by turnning handle.
4-Tilting type handle, which is convenient for pushing and pulling. When you need to move the frame, just hold the holder in hand, step on the assistant support bracket which is on the bottom part of the frame, then pull the frame to the direction where your body is, to push the frame. Using the wheels on the bottom of the frame for supporting, to make the moving easily.
5-There is a roller and a ring on the top side and bottom side of the frame respectively, both of them are used for the convenience of duct rodder going through, and protect the protect cover from being scratched.
6-Frame wheels are steel wheels, which were covered with high-quality rubber, it has the advantage of free from air charging, wearable, non-slip,etc.. Wheels have bearings on them to ensure them turn properly.
7-The surface cover of frame is high-temperature sprayed plastic, using outdoor spray material, which has the advantage of touch smooth, non-fading, non-shedding, and good corrosion resistance performance.
8-There is rain-proof cover on the outside of the frame, which is for the convenience of duct rodder storage. It is water-resistant, anti-ultraviolet radiation, and can play a good protective role on duct rodders.

4.Duct rodder accessories

	NO.CKP0101 Threaded Rod End Fitting: A male rod end fitting is supplied as standard with mini, midi and maxi rods. Replacement threaded rod end fittings allow the connection to other duct rod accessories, such as tapered rod ends, flexible guide ends, roller guides etc.
	NO.CKP0102 Pulling Eyes: Pulling Eyes are used for tying wire or pull tape to the end of the rod or used as a leader. They will screw directly onto the Rod End supplied with the rodder
	NO.CKP0103 Splice Connectors: These used to repair a break in the rod. Having a solid section in the middle of the rod may cause problems with bending at that point and care should be taken when winding rod with a solid connector. Three larger sizes are Stainless Steel and can be glued or screwed on , the smaller sizes are brass.
	NO.CKP0104 Roller Guides: The Roller Guide is used to push through conduit with cable already in place. The rollers prevent the rod from wedging in under the cable as they rotate on hardened shoulder bolts. The shank attaches directly to the Swivel Rod End to provide axial rotation.
	NO.CKP0105 Flexible Guide Heads: Flexible Guides are used for leading the rod around tight bends. The three larger sizes are Stainless Steel and Aluminum, the smaller sizes are Brass.
	NO.CKP0106 Rod Grapple: An excellent tool for rodding duct, especially for long runs when working from either end. Use the loop section of the Rod Grapple as a leader on the first rod, and push the rod into the duct. Then screw or attach additional rods to the last one in the duct and push them into the duct. Repeat this operation until the leader appears in the next manhole.
