The characterization of biogas digester
1. The inner biogas digester of diaphragm is made of high-strengthened, high-elastic synthetic engineering diaphragm and of perfect anti-acid and anti-corrosion ability. Its capacity of absorbing the ambient heat and storing it is 30 % higher than that of other material.
2. The biogas digester is made by adopting a technology of combining internal digester and external protector. The outer protector is made of FRP which can be used for about 20-30years. In this way, it not only minimizes the possibility of doing damage to the internal digester, prolong its life span, and also create a complete oxygen-free room for anaerobic microorganisms to do fermentation, which in return increases the biogas output ratio.
What can the products do?
1. The biogas reactor can use all kinds of manure\sewage\straw or some organic waste to produce biogas. The biogas contains about 50%-60% methane and its caloricity 5000 kilocalorie. The biogas can be used for cooking\heating water\lighting\generating. And it won’t make the bottom of the pot become black.
2. 6cbm biogas reactor can produce biogas 2 m³ biogas which can supply the family with 2- 3 persons cooking and heating water.
